Welcome to Mindful Art & Yoga

 

Our mission is to have fun, inspire creativity, and build healthier lives.

 

We offer a unique blend of yoga, meditation and creative art for your child to explore, create and have fun! Your child will enjoy a nurturing, supportive and non-competitive environment. They will stretch and energize their bodies, explore creative expression through a variety of art materials, learn mindfulness, self-calming and relaxation techniques and make new friends.

Ages 8 - 10

 

Children will learn the element of art. Understand more on line, shape, color, value, form, texture and space. They will explore the wonder of acrylic on canvas, ink on fabric, pastel on paper, marker on foil and endless ways to make art. After 90 minutes of art exploration, we will take a short break and proceed to 20 minutes of yoga lesson.

Ages 5 - 7

 

Children at this age love discovering and experimenting with various types of art medium. They will learn the fundamental of art with a fully engaging process of open-ended art activity follow with 15 minutes of yoga lesson.

Adult Yoga

 

Brand new to yoga or just looking to fine-tune your practice?
Private instruction or group lesson is here to help you tap into a deeper awareness of your body and reach your next level. Focusing on individuals needs while accommodating personal alignments. Breathing, movement, relaxation, and stillness. Incorporating balance to your body, diet, routine, and lifestyle.
